Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear expectations for cancellations, renewals, and refunds help protect the quality of the coaching relationship.

Before coaching begins
Your proposal or enrolment confirmation will state the service term, fee, payment schedule, and any minimum commitment. Please review those details before accepting.
Cancellation
Requests to cancel should be made in writing. Unless your individual agreement states otherwise, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and should be requested before the next scheduled payment.
Refunds
Because coaching time, planning, and platform access are reserved in advance, completed periods and work already delivered are generally non-refundable. Any statutory cancellation rights that apply to you remain unaffected.
Sessions and check-ins
Where live appointments are included, reasonable notice is required to reschedule. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be treated as used unless exceptional circumstances apply.
