Coaching services
The scope, duration, fees, and communication arrangements for coaching are confirmed before a coaching relationship begins. Clients agree to provide accurate information and communicate changes that may affect their participation.
Client responsibility
Results depend on many factors and cannot be guaranteed. You remain responsible for your decisions, attendance, effort, and for obtaining medical clearance where appropriate.
Payments
Fees are due according to the schedule agreed at enrolment. Access to coaching or platform services may be paused when a payment is overdue.
Intellectual property
Plans, resources, written materials, branding, and platform content remain the property of Luxe Physique and are provided for the enrolled client’s personal use only.
